Apartment 09:
The luxurious apartment has about 55 square meters and is located on the ground floor. The living area with open, fully equipped kitchen and dining area has access to the terrace and an unobstructed view of the North Sea and the green Oberland. A second terrace is located on the southern sun side of the apartment. Bedroom has a comfortable double bed, shower room and toilet are separate. Wi-Fi, TV and radio / docking station are available, sheets and towels are included and are changed for longer stays. There are washing machines and dryers available for a fee (coins) in the basement.

Gate to the sea is a new construction project with a total of 26 residential units. All apartments have either a roof terrace, balcony or terrace, high quality furnishings, floor heating and controlled ventilation. Several apartments are available as a holiday apartment for rent to guests. On a neighboring property is currently a construction site. The area is prepared for the installation of residential buildings in modular construction. Therefore, it may cause annoyance by the noise of construction equipment.
