「Fisherman's Rest was exactly what we were hoping for. We needed somewhere to stay in Helmsdale while we waited to get the keys to our new property, and needed it to have internet speed fast enough that my husband (a programmer) could work. This comfortable cottage had everything we needed! The kitchen was well-equipped, and meant we didn't have to eat out 3 meals a day. (Which gets old, really quickly for me.) The bed was comfortable, as is the furniture in the living room. 」

「We had planned to stay 2 days and explore the area from there but our plans changed once we saw the view and began relaxing on the deck. We decided to stay put with only one outing to the Brora Beach and Golf Course Loop Trail. We loved our pod, it was sparkling clean andhad every convenience we could wish for. It was a memorable two days! 」

「Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fantastic cottage, ideally situated for exploring the area and beyond. Very clean and well equipt, very comfortable bed. Within about one mile of Dunrobin Castle and just across the road to the beach. We also drove to visit The Castle of Mey and John O’Groats. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay. 」
