Hi Tony,Thank you for your feedback! Our apologies if the apartment beds did not meet your expectations and if someone wrongly parked their car to your apartment's parking spot. Please note that we have a 24/7 reachable host service and our lovely hosts are happy to help our guests in any matter and for example change the apartment for the guest to another apartment and contact the wrongly parked car owner if we have the car's registration number. Our aim is to help our guests straight away during their stay and make sure that the guest's stay in easy and easygoing. I hope that overall you enjoyed you stay at your temporary home. Welcome back again!

I am sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience. We appreciate your feedback and hope you do give us a chance to make it right! Clean apartments and fresh air is something we take very seriously. We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations. Unfortunately apartment was warm due to unexpected heatwave in Finland. We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear that standard was not met in your interaction with Hiisi Homes. We have also responded you privately.
