Good location.Comfortable room.
夜間一點多才到，離車站很近，旁邊地下室又是24小時超市，很方便。隔音佳。退房後在大廳等夜車，還可飲用茶水，很貼心。雖然早餐buffet 口味普通，但還是值得推薦的飯店。

酒店總體都算整潔。但…… 我們三人、預约為双床加一单人床、入住時發現追加的单人床单满是汚漬、須更換房間。 另客戶服務部職員的態度不太友善、黑口黑面。只有一位年輕女職員是盡心幫助我們的。 最後check out須寄存行李時、前台只给与我們寄存行李房間的匙、只說出位置、要我們自己找行李房、自行放入去'、而那房間是長、窄、去到已濟满行李、要自行整理其他行李才能放入。對此完全不感到是4星级洒店應有的服務…… 下次不會再選擇此洒店入住。

價格合理，地點極佳，房間寬敞
2019年7月19日，我們一行三人入住索考斯瓦庫納酒店 (Original Sokos Hotel Vaakuna Helsink)，透過hotels.com預定Superior Twin Room with extra bed，得到的價格是235歐(含三人早餐與加床)。房間非常寬敞，我們雙床房+沙發床還是有很充足的活動空間，浴室甚至有浴缸，我們在此度過非常舒服的一晚。 這間飯店的地理位置很好，樓下連結超市與百貨公司，赫爾辛基主要的商店街也在附近，各大景點用走的即可，離機場巴士的搭乘地點僅數步之遙，總體而言非常便利。 早餐品項豐富選擇眾多，非常美味。 雖然服務人員感覺很職業倦怠，但瑕不掩瑜，還是推薦入住。

地點非常方便，在中央火車站側，附近有商場，長途巴士總站，步行1O分鐘可到2018才開幕的中央圖書館，步行15分鐘可到Market Square, 那裡是遊客必到地方，可乘船，有中央市場吃東西。餐廳在1O楼，可看街景，只是早餐每天都一樣無變化，味道一般。

旁邊是中央火車站，樓下的商場和超級市場。火車站景觀，但房間裝修過時。 早上到酒店寄存行李，服務員好像聽不懂英文，態度不佳！但下午 check in 時另一位服務員態度十分親切有禮。

Wunderbares zentrales Hotel
Wunderschönes Hotel gepflegt und sauber. Sehr netter Empfang. Zimmer waren wählbar zwischen Wanne oder Dusche im Badezimmer und welche Aussicht. Der Blick von der Dachterasse ist sehr sehenswert mit kleinen Sitznischen im Winter. Etwas befremdlich fanden wir den Umgang des Personals im Restaurant 10th floor. Ein Schild forderte uns auf zu warten bis wir Sitzplätze zugewiesen bekommen sollten, also warteten wir wie andere auch und wurden ignoriert. Der Barkeeper forderte uns dann auf an der bar eine Bestellung abzugeben (ohne Karte) ,kassierte ab und wir suchten uns eigensteindig wie in einem Fastfood unseren Platz. Bei dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich eigentlich Service. Trotz allem vielen Dank und immer wieder gerne.
