Our aim is always to offer our guests the best possible service experience and unfortunately we have not succeeded in that this time. Sorry to hear that there has been a problem with the ventilation in the room. Of course, there is always some draft in the rooms when we have mechanical air conditioning in the house, but the fact that it is cold is definitely not part of our overnight experience.Maintenance has been asked to check room temperatures throughout the hotel.I am very sorry for these shortcomings and I will pass on the feedback to both the maintenance man and the floor maintenance team.Have a nice winter days and hopefully we see You again in the future!Best regards,Katri / reception
