The hotel itself was pretty alright for a night before your flight. BUT...for an airport hotel, I was disappointed that their airport shuttle is NOT available 24 hrs. They only operate during certain hours in the day and outside those hours (say, between 9 am to 3 pm on a weekend), you are responsible for getting to the airport. I wouldn't call the distance walkable either - especially with snow/ice. The rooms were adequate but a bit cramped - especially the bathroom (if that matters to you). Breakfast starts quite early (4.15 am) but wasn't as good as some of the other Finland hotels.

We are pleased to hear that you were satisfied with our hotel itself.We are still sorry to hear that you were disappointed in our shuttle. The airport shuttle is running every 30 minutes during mornings from 04 – 09am from the hotel to the airport. From the airport to the hotel the bus is running from 15pm-01.15 am. And on weekdays we offer the ride 9am-15pm on request. Most of the flights are departing / arriving during these hours. We hope you have the possibility to visit us soon again. Have a sunny spring! Nice hotel, only point for improvement would be a sign or something else at the airport where the hotel shuttle will pick you up, there is nothing now.

The room was perfect except for the temperature. It was very warm and when I called the front desk they did not have an option to cool the room.

Yövyimme yhden yön ennen aikaista aamulentoa. Lentokenttäkuljetukset toimivat hyvin ja ajallaan. Aamupala oli tosi kattava ja monipuolinen. Varsinkin aikaisella lennolla lentokentällä on hyvin rajoitetusti aamupalavaihtoehtoja.

Huoneessa oli 25 astetta lämmintä. Tukala ja mahdoton nukkua. Vastaanotosta käskettiin noutaa avain ikkunan avaamista varten. Ikkunan avaaminen ei auttanut sillä laitteisto tehosti vain lämmitystä kun huoneeseen tuli kylmää ilmaa ulkoa.

I am happy with this lovely hotel with friendly staff and shuttle bus service from the airport. I arrived in the airport midnight, but there was still shuttle bus service to the hotel. Next morning, I had 4 hours to walk around so I spent time in a shopping center, which is approx 10 mins walk from the hotel. I would stay there again if I have to stay one night at Helsinki for layover.

This is a very convenient airport hotel with a free shuttle to the airport, including very early in the morning. The room was clean and modern - it seemed like a business traveler room. The area around the hotel is empty - there is a mall that's within walking distance, but I only recommend the location if you're headed to the airport.

深夜まで空港に迎えに来てくれます。朝も頼めば送ってくれるそう。 エントランスは広々としていて、スタッフも皆親切です。 部屋はこじんまりとしていましたが素敵な内装でした。ドライヤーがついているのが嬉しかったです。 朝食付きプランを頼みましたが、ビュッフェはどれも美味しく、またフィンランドの物価を考えると外で食べるよりここで朝食付きにするほうがお得感が個人的にはありました。朝も四時半から提供しているそうなので、早くに空港に行く人も食べられそうです。 市内に行くバス停も少し歩けば着きます。 価格の割に、スタッフの親切さ、朝食の美味しさ、部屋の綺麗さが素晴らしく、大満足です。 次にヘルシンキに来るときも、こちらに泊まりたいです！

Isossa perhehuoneessa kaikki toimii erinomaisesti
Oltiin koiranäyttely matkalla ja meillä oli 2 x isoa yhdistettyä perhehuonetta, missä kummallakin omat wc ja kylpyhuoneet. Toisessa huoneessa oli keittiö ja jääkaappi nurkkaus. Huone oli siisti ja kylpyhuone valoisa. Kaikki toimii erinomaisesti. Aamianen maistuva ja laaja valikoima hyvä syötävä. Illalla käytiin vielä ravintolassa syömässä ja ruoka maistu hyvälle. Jos jotain toivottava olisi niin ruokalistalle enemmän edullisempia ruoka annoksia kun hampurilaisateriat.

Muuten ihan toimiva paketti lakanoissa jotakin tummaa läiskää joka ilmeisemmin ei lähtenyt pesussa ,huoneen ikkunan välistä puhalsi tuuli voimakkaasti sisälle ,ikkuna oli ollut ilmeisemmin pidemmän aikaa ns hieman raollaan ..huonetta luovuttaessa tilannetta pahoiteltiin joten asiakaspalvelu oli asiallista tämänkin osalta
