I told her the issue and she snapped back at me, “relax!” Then another male employee came to the desk and asked to see the key. When he looked at it, he threw it across the lobby, telling the desk clerk not to use that key. I found this entire episode very strange. I avoided speaking to the desk clerk during the remainder of our stay.」

「Beautiful hotel with a luxurious pool with a view of the sunset overlooking the Tennessee River! Unfortunately my first room was dirty, the toilet was not cleaned at all, had urine and fecal particles all over it, had to switch rooms when I arrived at midnight.
