Quiet and comfortable.
Traveling through. Convenient location. Very nice dog walking area around hotel. Loved the shower. January stay. Quiet. Breakfast Ok. Weak coffee. Would stay again.

The bathroom was the biggest issue. The bathroom smelled terribly of cigarette smoke, the shower head is for a midget and there was mold. Other than that, the place isn’t terrible but don’t expect greatness when staying here.

Not as good as it looks
The bed was comfortable. The room had lots of items (hair dryer, iron/board, safe, dresser, deskgh etc), but the ones you use most didn't work TV, Remote, phone in room to call front desk. We had a pet friendly room that was rough. The carpet had patches, stains and age. The bathroom was cramped and the shower had duct tape to hold the door closed. Once in the shower there was an odor of cat litter box. Staff was around at check-in and check out but that was about it. Breakfast was hot. To access other restaurants near by was a bit inconvenient due to parking lot not being connected to shopping center and it's on a busy strip. Wouldn't stay here again but a one night in an emergency....

Well for starters we couldn’t take a hot shower. Legit stood there for 20 minutes waiting for the shower to warm up and your lucky if I gets lukewarm. No grip on the bottom of the shower and I almost slipped. When I checked in there was nobody at the front desk. Had to pick up the phone to get their attention. Just handed me my keys and told me about the breakfast. No “thank you, enjoy your stay” NOTHING!

It was a good location, but with that comes some road noise throughout the nighttime. Our room was clean, and the linen's had been updated. The ceiling needed a little work, and the frame around the vanity mirror was in disrepair. The room could use some attention, but was habitable.

Clean but...
Great staff and beautiful hotel, but room smelled terrible. It smelled like room carpet had been shampooed and hadn't properly dried. Mold :(.

The people are great. The hotel is disgusting. Our room was non smoking but reeked of smoke. The sink was missing the stopper and every time you turn the water on in that sink the entire room would smell like sewer gas. The bedsheets had snags everywhere, the doors showed what looked like water damage due to a flood but we were on the 3rd floor. Top it all off, we opened the fridge on day 1 and found someone’s old pancake breakfast. Spend the extra amount and go to another hotel.

The staff were all very kind and accommodating. The location was convenient and the breakfast had a nice selection. The building is in terrible condition. Beyond the lobby there is a nasty smell that permeates. The carpet is dirty and worn. A can of paint had apparently been spilled and walked through in the hall. The AC was subpar and we think there was a mold problem as we all suffered immediately with allergies. The linens were clean but the bed was uncomfortable. They have a long way to go to improve.

The hotel was filthy inside and smelled of cigarette smoke. There were rundown vehicles parked outside. It was not comfortable to stay there.

1 King bed room. 1 night stay. The person behind the desk who checked us in and out was fantastic! Great customer service! It looks as though this place is in the middle of some freshening up. We saw paint buckets/pans/rollers in the hallway. I couldn't tell if our room was freshened up or not. The bathroom door appeared to be freshly painted, not a mark on it. The towels & bedding were clean. The thing is, all of the light switches & outlets were filthy. They are old, discolored and just dirty. The a/c unit control panel was also disgusting and dirty. I wiped it with an antibacterial wipe and the white wipe was black & brown after I was done. Why spend money on a renovation if you're not going to do the whole room and then maintain the cleanliness? Makes no sense to me. Overall not thrilled with how dirty the high contact points were. I should not have to feel like I have to clean a light switch before using it. It's just gross.

Room not ready to be used
The room was being remodeled, the floor was dirty, the trim was missing around the bathroom door, the smoke detector was missing (I told the front desk and they said they would replace it, but never did), the room smelled like smoke (they did come and spray something for the smell which helped temporarily) and our clothes smelled like smoke when we got home

Although the room was clean, it is quite outdated, especially the bathroom. The pictures are definitely deceiving and were probably taken when the hotel first opened.

I inadvertently booked a smoking room, upon realizing that the staff was very accommodating and getting me into a non-smoking room. Breakfast was available on or before 6AM

The staff was friendly and professional however the cleanliness of my room was not up to par. There were spider webs, dingy washcloths and hair in my sheets. I was in a smoke free room (I thought). However there was heavy smoke smell 3 of my 4 day stay.

Home for a reunion weekend...
A weekend stay to visit friends. The hotel was clean, but hard to get to (due to construction?). The room was basic the hotel was clean, but plain. The bed was comfortable enough but i felt like the room cost more than it was worth. Not many amenities, but clean, safe. Ice machine on our floor didn't work, but the staff was accommodating. Breakfast was fair... not spectacular. Value was fair for the area.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The ceiling in my room had been “repaired”. When I went in the room it was musty like an old basement. I thought it might just be the hvac. I was only there for two nights so I tried to ignore it. The morning I was to check out the water from the upstairs shower was leaking onto the floor of my room. I’m sure the carpet gets wet and mildewed. The shower door in my bathroom didn’t seal so there was a puddle each morning but I figured it was just my room. I’m guessing it happened in the bath above and creates this situation?! Not sure if it’s isolated to room 104 or not but not satisfactory or probably healthy.

Batteries in door lock were dead and were unable to lock our door. We were in town for a memorial service and had to wait for the manager to eat his lunch. He refused to move us rooms but did fix the door after a 30 minute lunch. We were almost late to the memorial service.

Frig kept me up all night making noise. The room and area were noisy in general. Whatever chemical was used to clean the room..I was allergic to. The room was fine...the hotel nice...great breakfast buffet.

Looking for a relaxing nite
Very disappointing carpets were not clean The clock was not set pillows were flat and worn. The front desk were unfriendly and acted disinterested. On check out i stood for 10 mins waiting at a unattended desk. The breakfast was was not refilled and scarce. Ive used sleep inn for 30 years and this was the worst stay .
