「I cannot recommend this location in Belle Plaine, Minnesota. The room was very dirty. The hot tub was unusable and the guests were unruly until wee hours of the morning. The windows have never been washed. The hot tub had filth coming out of its jets and the bottom of the bed frame looks like it had never been wiped down. The place is definitely in need of some TLC and for what I paid a night $169. I am completely unsatisfied.」

「The motel needs updates paint etc.The room was clean except for a spider in the bathtub. The hall way to the room the carpet was wet therefore left a musty smell.」

「The property was so clean and the breakfast staff and maids were always wiping things down. The check-in ladies were great and very helpful. The only downfall was you had to book two nights online and they price was very high because of activities in town. I was very surprised that so many rooms were empty. I think because they made you book two nights and really high for small town.」

「About as good as the photos show. The carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced. There were some bugs (doors are exterior so to be expected, I guess?), but no bed bugs. Sheets seemed clean. There was a spider and web over one bed. Queen beds (2) were each up against a wall or window on one side, so small. Everything was very old and smelled old. We think the paint on the outside is new. The woman who runs the motel is very sweet and we can tell she’s trying hard. Making updates where she can....

「This place was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Pics on the website were NOT AT ALL what you get. Staff were pleasant, but that’s it!!! The place and people that were getting rooms there were very sketchy! My teenage Grandchildren were absolutely terrified being there! I will never step foot in there again. Bed was HORRIBLE, Cable TV never worked the whole 2 nights we were there. Carpeting was so disgusting!」
