The Check in staff was amazing. We checked in between 4pm - 5pm the front desk attendant was warm, personable and kicked the trip off with a lovely welcome.

We like staying at the Lodge at Flat Rock. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The facilities are clean and the staff is friendly and personable.
