The fenced in dog run is great to allow the dogs to hang out outside with us. The beds are very comfortable. We all slept well. There is a lot of extra linens which was great!! Holly was wonderful!"

"We had a wonderful time in this lovely cabin. Everything about it was great. Lots of space, fabulous views from all windows. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the well equipped kitchen with coffee, snacks, condiments, etc. Excellent communication with the host. There is so much to see and do in this area and it's great to just chill out at the cabin with so many choices of deck areas and the firepit down by the river. We loved our stay here and hope...

"We truly enjoyed our time from the moment we drove up till we had to go home. The cabin is the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. You can tell that the owners not only care for their property but they care about those renting from them. They thought of everything! We enjoyed being close to Lake Lure and Chimney Rock while feeling like we were in the middle of nowhere when we were back at the cabin. Only a quick 10 minute drive away. The restaurants we tried in chimney rock were the Burntshirt...

"The home is very cozy. The back deck was a huge hit for us. It was very relaxing to sit out there and listen to the birds churp and see the lightning bugs. I did not realize from the photos that the home has 2 levels. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs. That was the only issue with the home but we made it work."
