「We have language barrier with the front desk staff. They don't speak & understand English. We need to climbed up stairs until we reached 3rd floor even though I have difficulties in walking. I already made a request beforehand to have a room with no upstairs & long walked because of my walking condition. They are inconsiderate. No air condition. Feels that we are inside the sauna. No shampoo, no soap. Bath towel is very small. The only good in this place is the size.」
「Close to town centre and main attractions. Comfortable room with great views of mariane Horan. Unfortunately road works outside front entrance made for difficult access. No wifi on 3rd floor.」
