The setting for this hotel is exceptional- directly overlooking the Thames and open countryside. The hotel is conveniently situated, only a ten minute walk from the station and five minutes walk from the High Street. Lovely room, spotlessly clean, wonderful pool and good breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Molly at the front desk was cheerful, welcoming, and absolutely perfect to greet us after our long flight. Stewart is an absolute gem—sweet, kind, and someone who genuinely goes out of his way to help in any way he can. Early one morning, as he was leaving after working the night shift, we asked him how to get to a particular location in town. Rather than simply giving us directions, he took the time to walk us to the specific exit that would make it easier for us to find our way. It was such a thoughtful gesture. He was just incredibly sweet and helpful, and we really appreciated him.

Great hotel for a Henley event

A lovely hotel on the river in Henley. Great location, very comfortable and an enjoyable breakfast the morning after.

Das Hotel hat keine Klimaanlage, Unser Zimmer im 1. Stock, ein Backofen. 31 Grad im Badezimmer morgens um 08:00. Unbedingt meiden im Sommer. Schöne Anlage, gutes Essen, tolle Lage. Das Personal ist teils sehr jung, wirkt ungeschult ist unaufmerksam, vergesslich, nicht zuvorkommend. Schade für diese schöne Hotel.

I stayed in room 2 at the Phyllis Court Club the night before the start of Henley Royal Regatta. Room 2 overlooks the finish line of the regatta course. Luckily, it had cooled down from earlier in the week, as the rooms themselves are not air conditioned. I had a great full English breakfast in the Orangerie (a greenhouse dining room overlooking the river) the next morning. The bath is very well fitted, and the mattress is quite comfortable. The Phyllis Court Club is within walking distance of the town - there is a shortcut to town the back gate, but that is not staffed in the evening. Over a great experience.

Location excellent ,staff are so friendly and courteous breakfast and breakfast room felt very luxurious linen table clothes and napkins and breakfast cooked to order with views of the garden and river had a lovely time definitely return.
