「Elevator broken」

「Filthy! Bed was made. Bed bug feces on mattress, bed skirt was stretched out and had been stepped on, dirty, floor wasnt swept, shower was disgusting with splatters of dirty soda. Scum and bathtub was not even rinsed out, pubic hair around the toilet, refrigerator dirty, microwave dirty, white substance crusted on the recliner, the recliner had filthy sweaty dirt stains on the arms, thank goodness he brought towels so I could cover the desk chair to study. 「This is a gem of a hotel in a gem of a city. The property dates back to the early days of Guthrie and has been artfully updated. Our room was spacious and quiet. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The grounds are beautiful. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy a piece of history.」

「The breakfast was great. We had biscuits and gravy, cheese omelet, and potatoes. It was yummy! The staff, top notch! I Highly recommend this property.」

「Toilet made loud noise when flushed. Hot tub was out of service. The indoor pool area was always cold due to A/C. Bed was saggy on left side. Breakfast was limited but was good. Someone kept propping side door open - security concern. Room was clean, A/C functional.」

「Very historic and interesting property, well adapted with modern amenities while keeping its natural & historic heritage. Robin and her sweet Aunt were more than accommodating and welcoming. Definitely recommend visiting, we’ll be back soon we can explore more of the town.」

「First thing to know: This is a part- smoking hotel. Smoking rooms were on the top floor, we were on the bottom, but we could still get faint whiffs in our room through the vents or wherever. Upside, it was only briefly and as faint as a smell can be. The pool was very nice and would have been near perfect, except that it was HOT. Like, the entire pool felt like a hot tub. Very unusual. Even more unusual, you don't need a card to get IN to the pool, but you do need one to get OUT. Oh, and there's...

「There were no amenities. There were no coffee or cups of any kind in any rooms. The soda machine was out of order. The pool was empty and grass unkept. The pool looked like it has been empty for years and road runners had moved in. As we opened the door to enter the hallway to our room the smell of decomposition cleaner was overwhelming. 「I had a room with a removal shower head and they put me in a room with a bathtub with no removable shower head and acted like it was no big deal I just wanted what I booked everything else there was nice The room was clean bed was a little bit hard and the breakfast was good normal」

「Rooms and property were very clean! Bed was comfortable. I held back one star because the room is stuffy when A/C is not running..makes a big difference! I would have preferred a quite room without running the A/C but found it stuffy when I turned if off. Perhaps the carpet needs to be shampooed. I would stay here again and recommned it.」
