The location is perfect being close to Washburns marina for the younger kids daily milkshake runs and off the main lake just enough to float all day peacefully! The game room and loft area is perfect for kids ranging from 6-26 and never feels overcrowded. The owner is amazing and checks in frequently to make sure all is well. We are already planning next summers trip to Tropical Paradise again! 」

Everything about it was great, house had everything we needed as far as kitchen, entertainment etc. we brought our boat and tied up to the dock with no issues, private cove in a no wake zone which was very nice. The house layout was also perfect for a large blended family. Jim was easy to communicate with and would stay here again. 」

The grandchildren loved all the kayaks and paddle board for use on the lake, and we had three outstanding fires each evening. The house was very well stocked with everything imaginable too. We had gorgeous weather and rented a pontoon boat on Saturday, so we had a perfect vacation for sure. We would definitely recommend the house to anyone planning a trip to Lake Gaston.」

「Everything was perfect. We worked with the owner of the property through VRBO and it was very easy to communicate, ask questions and get answers. We visited twice prior to our reservation date to get a feel for who would sleep where of the 40 folks on our list of invitees. The owner was always very accommodating. The entire experience was so relaxed and stress-free. The pool, the hot tub, the lake. So amazing. Thank you so much Tony and VRBO!」
