“House was really pretty. Unfortunately the tenant was home and after calling the landlord, we determined the whole rental was a scam. Neither Vrbo nor I could contact the "host." I had to book a hotel room for $300/night at the very last second... 4 hours after I shouldn't checked-in, but Vrbo insisted that I give it a little more time.”

“The house is charming - even down to the Christmas decorations! Ammenities, backbyard space, comfortable furniture... this place had everything we could have asked for. I've already recommended it to a friend and might stay there again myself.”

“At 1st Glance it is a HIDDEN GEM… not clean front yard and especially the back yard… there was a dead cock roach inside the fridge… and overall the inside of the home was clean. The home is by far the most comfortable roomy place I’ve ever stayed in ARKANSAS. My dad loved loved loved the place and didn’t care of how unclean the outside front or back yard areas were. The house was truly a welcoming home filled environment… my dad Father’s Day weekend was a success as he love the house sooo much……

“The home was not as pictured and had several maintenance issues during our stay. The bed in our room broke two nights in a row, and when I contacted the owner, he admitted it had been broken by previous guests and knew about it before our arrival. He said he would fix it that day but never showed up. Other issues included a very loud dryer, a dishwasher that wasn’t secured and tipped forward, and the breaker flipping once time during our stay, affecting the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom.……

“Cottage was perfect for a weekend get-away for two. Clean, spacious, and well appointed with newer appliances, furniture, and a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean and spacious; large shower space and plenty of hot water. And having a morning breakfast available was a very nice perk with a personal touch. Electric fireplace & heater made our evenings warm, comfortable, and added to the ambiance. Lovely and spacious sitting area on the side of the cottage is the perfect place for outdoor……
