“I stayed here with my husband for 10 nights. It was a very nice room with just about everything we needed. I made the reservation online and they were kind enough to let my husband check in since he arrived 8 hours before me. They also let us check out late the day we left since the flight wasn’t until nighttime. That was a huge help and I really appreciated it. The kitchen was good for preparing meals and the washing machine was great. We may stay here again next month. ”

“The amount I was charged at check-in was more than the amount quoted by hotels.com. The receptionist took the initiatives to explain to me it was due to VAT. Although the increased amount was more than 5%, appreciated the way the receptionist communicated with me. The room quality was OK, but the housekeeping wasn't done on the first day as they said "everyday they clear the room for 1 time, so the check-in date won't get housekeeping service". “Orans Suites 2 is always wonderful. I’d rather stay here than any other place. The stafff are wonderful and very attentive and willing to help you with anything. The hotel is older, but in very good condition. I very much enjoy this place. It is centrally located to many places and we find it just lovely.”

“There are two NARS hotels in Jeddah, and somehow Expedia showed us the wrong address. 5 stars to the manager lady who called the other hotel and transferred the booking to themselves. In spite of language barriers, they accommodated us very well. And room was a luxury two bedroom apartment. Area around the hotel is very safe, but it’s a cab drivers hub. So take it for what it’s worth ”
