「The property was very clean and well-maintained. Because you’re getting just a room you have to share the common areas. We had to share a bathroom with another couple and my only complaint is that when I initially asked if we had a private bathroom I was told yes. It may have been a language barrier. Overall, it was very nice and convenient for us.」

「We visited Sunset Hills in April, and it was so beautiful. Quail were browsing outside the sliding glass door. The grass was bright green and trees were leafing out. So beautiful. Very close to Sutter Creek where the shopping is fun, and the food is fabulous. Next time I want to swim in that beautiful infinity pool and sit by the fire table in the evening. Thank you for a great stay!」

「In the listing it says you need to provide ID. There is no way to attach a photo in the inbox feature and no e-mail and the host didn’t reach out regarding the situation until day of. I ended up having to send my id to customer service and have them forward it to her. The worst part of my experience was the assumption the host made of me bringing “unauthorized guests” instead of just reaching out to inquire about their concerns. 「The 1 bdrm house was perfect, there was so much that reminded me of my childhood home. It was very welcoming and comforting. I absolutely loved how wine bottles were displayed and noted that they were available for consumption.The backyard set up was simply adorable but due to the weather i didn't really get to enjoy it.
