On 56 square meters you expect in this beautiful apartment in the basement generosity, convenience and a warm decor. The elegant living room with large corner sofa invites you to lounge or TV. In addition to the kitchen here is also the large dining table with comfortable chairs its place. The floor to ceiling windows offer a direct access to the terrace and allow plenty of light into the apartment. The bedroom with comfortable double bed provides plenty of room for 2 travel cots (extra beds for 2 children up to 3 years) and by the spacious wardrobe for all of their personal belongings. A great apartment for the holiday of a young family, a couple or with friends.

Neuhofer Wohnidylle in white bungalow - not far from promenade and beach - just relax since 04 June, 2012. now is the house our Gästennach extensive modernization available. In our house there are two modern apartments. The large apartment has an area of ​​about 93m² (two bathrooms) and can be used by up to 5 persons. The small apartment, in the basement of the house is about 54m² in size and can range from max. 2 adults and 2 children are occupied (up to 3 years). The Porch and the garden area awaits our guests to linger. The beautiful sandy beach is located about 700 meters from the house. For the large apartment there are two, and for the small apartment there is a parking space at the house. Through a connecting door, the two apartments can be joined together. When renting the entire house with max. 6 adults and 2 children (up to 3 years) are subject to the following special rates in the respective seasons: Season A = 83,00 € Season B = 115,00 € Season C = 178,00 € Season D = 214,00 € Final cleaning = 65, 00 ��� If interested, please contact us.

Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and until 31.  August 2019 a discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).
