"Nice comfy room with fridge, I was very kindly moved at my request to a room with a bath tub (thank you!). Bed comfy too.
Breakfast was plentiful, had lots of choice to suit all palates. The only thing I would say is that cold counter could be better placed against one of the walls as it blocks access to the bakery, toasters and juice station, and everyone is scuttling around it! Otherwise couldn’t fault the breakfast.
Hotel is perfectly placed to access everything Bristol centre, bar street and the harbour has to offer. We’ve stayed numerous times and will return for sure.
Tip: Parking at the multi-storey of the hotel is £17 a night if a resident at the hotel. "
"Really friendly and professional welcome and the room was spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed, great shower and complimentary proper coffee in the room. Central location with access within 200m to local restaurants made this place a great find. "
"What a little gem in the heart of Bristol! We never knew it was there before. In a great location so close to the theatre, shops, bars and eateries but despite that it’s very quiet. We received a lovely warm welcome, the room was spotless, bed very comfortable and plenty of tea, coffee and toiletries supplied. We had a great night’s sleep and a delicious breakfast the next morning, all at a very reasonable price. We’d love to stay in the rooftop caravans sometime. We would definitely return and would highly recommend. "
"I found the bed comfortable, my partner didn't. The welcome and check-in was friendly and efficient, room condition excellent. Location was superb with lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep."
