“We had a brillient time and thoroughly enjoyed it. The cottage was lovely as were the couple who ran it. There was a lovely garden centre, walking didtance away, and a few miles by car there were some lovely pubs. There was a folder with all the adventures to be had however, we had our own adgenda and therefore didn't need to use it.It was nice and quite and only a few more miles from Herne Bay and a little further for Whistable, place of the famous Oysters, which were in abundance. “A wonderful cosy, quirky cottage, deep in the Kent countryside. Ideal location for walking dog owners, a couple looking for a romantic break or friends. Perfect for a short winter break. Lovely log burner. Relaxing and peaceful. A word of warning, very steep stairs. Felt like we were on a boat at times as the floors upstairs slope so much. This place has real character though and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, seeing the New Year in. Highly recommend.”
