Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet. We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I had a less than pleasant experience. The room had a persistent bad smell, and the bedding was not as clean as I would have expected. The service left a lot to be desired, with staff members seeming uninterested in helping. The breakfast was also quite disappointing, with limited options and quality that did not meet expectations. Additionally, the bathroom size was smaller than anticipated. I hope the hotel can take these comments into consideration to improve their guests' experiences in the future

Great check in process with front office manager! He greeted us and ensured to inform us of all the amenities which was great because we are loyal Hilton guests and this was our first time at a SPARK! Room was clean and beautiful with the modern design and we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Hilton for always maintaining such wonderful standards and thank you to the staff of this particular property for withholding these expectations for guest satisfaction!

Overall the room was nice. However you can hear everything through the walls. Clearly there is long time stays who live in some of the rooms. One night we were qokennup at 2am with the neighbors fighting and throwing stuff out the door and cops were called not by us. Another night people were playing in the basketball court behind us past midnight.

The location was great; close to everything for us. Room was clean and fresh. Our room was street side; it was noisy. No elevator was not big deal. Breakfast was ok; wished it had more hot items.

Super close to the Medical School and attractions in town. The water pressure in the shower was pretty low, but everything else was great.

First and foremost, the staff was wonderful. Everyone we came in contact with while we were staying there over a weekend was pleasant, friendly and very accommodating. The place was clean, and not just the room but the lobby. There was a decent assortment of continental breakfast items. The only thing I that was a negative for us was it is not quiet. We could hear anything that went on outside as we were facing the highway. Anybody in the parking lot we heard like they were standing in our room. And there was always people in the parking lot because we were right above the lobby. Anybody walking down the hallways we heard. So quiet it was not, but that overly bother us as the location was convenient for the activities we had planned.

Staff was friendly, super pet welcoming , they have designated grassy pet areas with trash can and bags. Beds, bedding , floors and bathroom felt and looked clean . They have rooms around back of building on the first floor, so it was really convenient to get my pup in and out without disturbing other guests.
