“Sunset cottage was such a wonderful find, one of the best places we’ve stayed in. Beautiful views from the veranda and from indoors, out to the river…the sunsets didn’t disappoint. There’s a great path along the river to walk and explore Burrum Heads. Very conveniently, there’s a Foodworks, bakery and fish shop across the road. The cottage has a beautiful interior, fantastically equipped kitchen and we especially enjoyed the magazines and many other thoughtful inclusions. Donna from Balmy……

“I only have two small negatives. The TV is tucked into the corner of the lounge room. There is a pedestal fan mounted in the bedroom which is quite noisy. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay.”

“Definitely not five star, but a quite acceptable 3-4 star property - clean and tidy, and in a great location.Only minor concern was that the fenced in security carpark was completely full on our Saturday evening arrival, so we had to park on the street - however, no issues finding a secure space on Sunday and Monday”
