"The room very modern, clean and spacious. My one suggestion would be some kind of air circulation in the bathroom as the steam from the shower condensed on the ceiling and then driped down on you for quite a long time. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is ideally located and is within walking distance to the old town as well as the banking distrit, there was no need for transportation other than walking to any of the sights we wanted to see."

"It's expensive but the price is worth it. You get a great product. Rooms are very clean, well kept, and nicely decorated. They are inviting, comfortable and cozy. There is a lot of attention to detail with the room and bathroom design.
Breakfast buffet is really nice, one of the best I've seen in Frankfurt. Staff is well dressed and have great hygiene. There's a lot of attention to detail, they certainly earned that 4th star.
Location is very good. It's only a few yards walk to a train station and a street tram station. There are lots of places for shopping in the plaza nearby. The area is very safe."
