Highway noise can be disruptive but thay's not their fault, and it does mean that food is seldom more than a 5 min drive in any direction. It's leagues above the vast majority of other non-chain hotels that call themselves budget friendly, and it still manages to check all the boxes that one would need for a comfortable short stay. WYEML is very much a "what you see is what you get" kind of place and doesn't try to be anything it's not. All in all, if you just need a comfortable place to relax after travel, have a hot shower, lay your head down, and you can do without the high thread count egyptian cotton sheets, hot tub, and pool access, then WYE Motor Lodge a great place to stay."
