"The front desk attendant was polite and allowed an early check in since we came in from a cruise. The breakfast worker accommodated our near miss opportunity to eat. She made us waffles before shutting down. I would Definitely recommend this place and even stay again in the future"

"Door to bathroom scraping. Pool was closed but shown in ad. At night some noise kept coming from the ceiling which made it hard to sleep. Bar and breakfast was good. Workout room had equipment down. Check in and check out was quick."

"Our room wasn't ready until 30 minutes past check-in. Not the end of the world. The guy at the front desk said he would call me when the room was ready, but the sheer number of people checking in... we just waited in the lobby and kept checking on the status of the room. The staff seemed a little overwhelmed with the amount of people staying. It was the 3rd day of the concert. I believe they were just understaffed. The poor woman at the egg cooking station was working solo. She was doing an amazing job. Solo worker who tended to everything else. She was as lovely as can be. The rooms were clean enough. The screw to handle on the shower door was stripped, so it dangled. We were on the 8th floor. There were only outlets on one bedside lamp. No USB etc....You can hear everything through the windows. The pool water wasn't heated. The lovebug infestation (not the hotel's fault) killed the vibe. The public restrooms were immaculate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Upon arrival into TPA, the shuttle bus was requested using a courtesy phone in the airport (as it was late). It arrived quickly and was easy to find. The hotel check in was quick and efficient and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean, large and quiet, even though the hotel was so close to the airport and full of a travelling teenage football team! Upon checkout I was able to use the pool area (small but efficient) and they held my luggage for me. The hotel exterior could do with an upgrade but for a convenient night near TPA this is an excellent choice"
