「The pool and sauna facilities were terrific - you can take a medicinal dip without going in the Heviz Lake. I didn't try the spa treatments, but they had lots of options at reasonable rates. Everything was clean and comfortable. The desk staff speak English well (and probably German and Russian in addition to Hungarian). The town is very walkable and picturesque. 「The pitiful thing is was not able to change towels although i have used it for wellness. But also dinner was a buffet with all similar ingredients so if you stay more than 2nights you will see how much things are mutual from yesterday.」

「Der Aufenthalt in der Joker Villa hat uns gut gefallen. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und spricht recht gut deutsch. Das Zimmer war sauber. Wir hatten wie in der Beschreibung angegeben einen Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Außerdem standen uns Besteck und Geschirr, sowie Geschirrtücher und Spülutensilien zur Verfügung. 「Zu wenig Essen beim Abendessen. 1.Stunde vor Ende der Essenszeit wurde kein Essen mehr nachgeteilt. Keine Ahnung ob schlecht kalkuliert wird, aber so kenne ich das von keinem anderen Hotel. Wellness nur bis 18 Uhr. Wenn es schon kein Essen gibt, könnte vielleicht länger Baden. 」
