I got charged $20 for a 15 min early check in! And when asked was told it varies on staff. Mind u $20 had to be in cash and not on record. Yes stupid me! Then to notice microwave was broken and fridge was dirty as hell. They had no explanation on the early check in fee! She just said it depended on staff and the company changed on day to say basis. My opinion…..she pocketed the $20! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE EVER AGIN!! Oh wait let me say i killed a couple cockroaches too!!!

Drain Flies all over the room. Broken toilet drain. Management knew of the pest problem but still booked the room. Very Greedy. When I complained the management they admit of pest problem and changed the room, but the new room also has a broken toilet drain so checked out. Management refused to issue refund. I will strongly advise to choose another Hotel for better experience.

Terrible Service
No towels in room when first arrived. Stayed there for 5 days never once had housekeeping to even visit. Was asked to bring towels down when need more because they had no laundry service. My cards didn’t work everyday. Has to get multiple cards everyday. Everytime you try to visit front desk they are away and the door locked.
