「The home is lovely, looks newly remodeled and nicely done. Beds were all comfortable. Nice to have a driveway to park the car. Was ideally located for our trip. There was a smoke detector beeping in one of the bedrooms and when notified the issue was corrected quickly. Enjoyed our stay.」

「As we were the 1st renters, the owner came out to greet us and everything was pleasant beautiful!! The apartment was big as a house and fully renovated!! They gave us access to the driveway which helped tremendously!! The rooms and beds were, oh so comfortable, with a beautiful living room and huge dining table which was great for our brunch we had catered. This place close to everything and I couldnt ask for a better VRBO experience!! I highly recommend everyone to stay here!! Very satisfied...

「We came to visit family and were tired of staying in overpriced, dingy hotel rooms. This place was great. It’s a peaceful neighborhood, with a great view. We had some family over for a low key celebration, and Mike, the owner, was so accommodating. 「Was wonderful, clean, fun, & close to things to do! Only a few suggestions I have is fix the handrail. Instead of a boat paddle put a real handrail in. Its extremely hard to hold onto it at the top of the landing. Also Anti skid strips on the stairs going up. Last but not least put a shade or curtain on the door window that goes out on the small second floor deck so neighbors cant see in. All in all Mike was a wonderful communicator!」

「Michael is an excellent host. The house is as advertised - 3 bedrooms, one of which is disconnected from the main house. We very much enjoyed the enclosed patio and the outdoor grill. Michael keeps the house well stocked with towels and pretty much everything else that you need. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that this is an older house, so it is a bit run down, particularly the kitchen. Bug spray is also a must as bugs do get in the house.」
