「I would like to say thank you to all staff members at Espacio Nagoya Castle Hotel for providing such warm hospitality and high quality service. All staff members at the hotel were kind and very professional in taking my requests even after business hours with detail and sophisticated manner. I would highly recommend staying at Espacio Nagoya Castle to all my friends.」

「Like the idea of being organic within the whole hotel. Breakfast is included and it is very good. Also you can enjoy the hotspring during the whole night, even midnight! All of the hotel staffs have a lovely smile and they are very helpful! Definitely will stay in this hotel again!」
