The stains are clearly where a dog has urinated, there are multiple patches in the bedroom and also on the downstairs rug and the smell is significant. I reported to the host who offered to send someone around. A couple of hours later I got a response to say they were aware of the problem, knew about the……

“The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It is stylishly furnished and extremely centrally located. The secure parking, in such a central location as a real plus. It is literally moments on foot from the quay. We would not hesitate to stay here again.”

“Do not book this modern apartment, we booked a three night stay and went home on the 2nd day as the apartment was filthy. We didn’t get there till late, my husband got in the shower and as the water hit the tiles dirt and debris fell onto the tray as the drain was blocked he ended up in dirty water. “Very welcoming and ideal for travellers with pets . Great location , walking distance to the coastal path and very close drives to National Trust areas such as Corfe Castle and Studland beaches”

“Welcoming host It was so kind to let us into the property 3 hrs earlier than advertised. I was feeling very tired after a long flight from Melbourne, Australia.”

“A very well located and equipped apartment. Only a short walk to the quay and old town and restaurants. Also there are shops only a few steps away where groceries and other supplies are available. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable.”

“Excellent all round. Central with easy walking to quay, restaurants of many types, shops, museum, railway station and much more. Excellent communal areas including lift. Very secure parking. Only problem no corkscrew but luckily we had bought wine with a cap!”

“Lovely little secluded place, perfect for staying over with a wedding at Sopley Mill. Place was beautiful, surrounded by trees and lovely little touches within the property. Thank you :)”

“Good host ideal location for us as we were visiting family living nearby. Great cafe opposite for breakfast a bit pricey but great food & choice. Short walk to pub/places to drink. Would recommend”
