"Super clean and awesome living space, and having lake access to beach a small boat was very nice. Close access to a public boat ramp was also key for me. To be clear, the living space itself is across the nil-traffic road, so you have to walk over to the beach and dock to have coffee on the lakeshore. Owners were super nice and very helpful."

"This property was an excellent choice for our trip. There was a well stocked coffee selection with a Phillips Coffee Machine which you could make lattes and espressos with, The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials you need for cooking, Each of the 3 bedrooms had a TV. The living room furniture was very comfortable. The basement had a theatre. There is an amazing view of Lake Champlain. The hot tub was very nice. They have a staircase down to the lake where there is a firepit. ...

"Owner is responsive by email, tort is charming, and furniture is comfy and bright but the port-a-potty was far away, the lights were either all on or all off, there were many spaces where bugs can come in, and there was an “outdoor shower” with cold water and zero privacy curtain. Parking is not well marked and another guest parked in our spot, which we complained about but we were told to park in another spot further away."
