staff was great when i checked in but when my sister's check in they had shift change and the new girl was not so pleasant..she couldn't find my other 4 reservations and when she did they where so called cancel i dont know What she did???? but my sister had to pay Double what the room was for from ...

Got it the hotel, and they said they couldn’t find the reservation. Had to wait up to 30 minutes to check in while it’s 1am, very frustrating experience. Room was clean though, just terrible front desk.
