“I very rarely leave a less than stellar review when I am traveling but I was not impressed by this hotel or its staff. Apparently they checked me in to the wrong room. We checked in after 10pm so the moment we got in to the room we showered, brushed teeth and climbed in to bed. The front desk called up and told is we were in the wrong room and acted like it was my issue to solve. They also expected us to pack up our stuff and change rooms to the correct one. “This property was pet friendly and easily accessible. The staff were very nice and answered my questions. Our room had a large stain on the floor and they noted that in my staylog so I wouldn’t be charged for it”

“I booked a room with a hot tub however, when I got there, it was not a hot tub, but a whirlpool tub inside of the bathroom. It was definitely not worth the $40 up charge. On top of that the only vending machine robbed us of $5 and the breakfast area was cute but not very well stocked and the waffle maker doesn’t work properly. It wasn’t a horrible stay but not what I expected. ”

Comes with free breakfast which is home made eggs bacon and biscuits and gravy and a few sides. Way better than the same usual hotel breakfast. Staff was amazing with the personal keys to the castle feel ”

“Booking was effortless through Expedia. We were greeted at the door by Pat, the owner. He gave us a quick tour and set a combo code to the front door of the house of our choosing. There is an open snack and coffee area, and "trail magic" shelf full of items that a hiker might need without a store nearby. The shared bathroom was WELL stocked. The cats were very friendly and the inn gave plenty of notice of the household cats. All in all a very enjoyable stay. The actual bedroom was quite small,……

“We had some issues checking in, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in quickly resolving the issue. My only complaint is the gym, which is tiny and where much of the equipment was damaged or not working at all. But that's an easy thing to fix, and overall we had a great experience.”
