She gave me the loveliest welcome and instantly made me feel at home. She went out of her way to get me sorted for breakfast, and did it all with such genuine friendliness and kindness. “No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. ”

“We had a lovely stay at Drum Manor. Valerie was a great host, making sure we were comfortable in our room and then the next morning, providing a delicious breakfast. The rooms are in great condition and nicely decorated, including a freestanding rolltop bath! There are 360 degree views as Drum Manor is on a hilltop. Valerie gave us a great dinner recommendation in Hillsborough (The Plough) so would also recommend that. 10/10 would definitely stay again.”

“We had booked a 2- bedroom flat for two weeks during the Christmas season. The property is in a great location and the parking was very handy. The building is very warm, which was great for us, as we had our baby with us. There was a Christmas tree on the landing as well as board games we could bottle to play- great touch! The flat was beautiful with lots of natural light, cool decor and lots of storage. We asked for a cot for our baby and there was one. The kitchen is fantastic and……
