"Beautiful renovations!! Zero hot water!! A cold shower was refreshing, however!! TV remote and volume painful!! Volume would get stuck at any particular level. Remote buttons were difficult to use. Typical breakfast = okay. Limited parking. Plan ahead if you have a trailer."

"Right from the moment we checked in we knew it wasn’t going to be good! The girl at the front desk didn’t greet us, as much as she read a script. We were on the second. Floor and there was no elevator. I have a bad knee, so I was hoping to get a ground floor room, but there was no response from her. ..."
