“Nice Bali style balcony with modern high quality finishes in the room. Luxurious large king bed and nice shower. Hosts were friendly. Nice clean pool with peaceful setting. Was shown another room with cool cigar lounge adjoining the bedroom. ”

“Wir hatten diese Wohnung im August für 8 Nächte gebucht und waren als Europäer positiv überrascht über die Ausstattung und den zusätzlichen Service durch einen Reinigungsdienst. Gegen dieses Land ist Deutschland eine Service-Wüste.In der Wohnung fehlt es an Nichts, die technischen Geräte haben einen hohen Stand und ein Ordner mit den notwendigen Erklärungen ist vorhanden. Für die Stromabschaltungen gibt es eine aufladbare Lampe. Grundsätzlich sollte man vor Stromabschaltungen keine Angst in……

“フロントの対応はとてもフレンドリーで安心。 ところが部屋のシャワールームに換気扇がなく廊下側の窓が開いていました。 そのためシャワールームや部屋に虫、特に蚊が合計7匹もいてとても不快でした。 小さな子供もいたため、虫を全て駆除するまで1時間以上かかりとても大変でした。 窓が開いているのでトイレの音も、部屋での会話も、廊下に漏れてしまいます。”

“The property was clean and tidy, I think it was very nice when they did it but now looking like it could do with a face lift! The swimming pools were old and didn't look very clean either! Very few activities offered to adults staying in there. The bar an restaurant area could host a few evening events and liven up the place a bit! In general the area has nothing cultural to do!”

“Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber und bietet alles, was eine Familie benötigt. Die Lage direkt am Strand und in der Nähe von Ushaka hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon Richtung Hafenkanal und Meer hat und sehr, sehr zugesagt und beeindruckt. Einziger Minuspunkt: Der Pool wurde renoviert und wir konnten diesen außer an einem Tag nicht nutzen, hierauf gab es im Vorfeld keinem Hinweis von Hotelseite.”

“We were near the centre of Durban, everything was easy to reach by car. The host was very friendly and helpful throughout. The accomodation was generously sized and cleaned regularly. Living in Durban has challenges but our stay was worthwhile.”

“Very pleased with the room and the surroundings. A suggestion would be to put candles or LED lights in the rooms, or link them to a generator, for loadshedding. With the ongoing crisis, i found the room very dark when i arrived (6.00pm). ”

“Don’t do it to your family. Old decrepit unit. The only good thing is location. The agent communicated well. But when we complained about numerous issues, all we got was an apology. No refunds, no real substance, just sorry. Place was flooded from the rain though the windows that don’t close. Doors falling off. Dirty couches, the list goes on…”

“This big hotel is situated in front of the sea with great views. It has been renewed but still feels a bit oudated. Breakfast room crowded. Ok for a short stay.”
