「This is an economic solution for the Maysville KY/Aberdeen OH area. It is in a slightly lower income area, but not unsafe since it is right on the highway. Breakfast is very limited (cold cereal, packaged pastry, coffee). Staff are very accommodating. Again this is a more economic facility if you are just needing a bed and shower.」

「Soap dispensers in the shower and at the sink were very convenient and cut down on waste. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Owner gave us recommendations for dining. I will stay here again and recommend it to all my friends.」

「Asked for non smoking and got non remodeled…bed was comfortable, bathroom was small, good enough to sleep and catch a shower after some dirt races 」

「This was the 3rd time we stayed here and we were told that the 2nd time we were there that the bath mat was wet and left on the floor by the bed and used to clean up floor. Then he said it had to be thrown away. Mind you we didn't even know this happened and we are talking about a $3 bath mat. We were also told we were going to be charged a $35 deposit for our stay the 3rd time. He did forgo the deposit but we were not very happy.」

「This property has good proximity to hiking destinations, food, gas and basic retail. However when you're at the cabin you'd never guess that. It's so quiet and secluded. The deck and rear room were particulary lovely especially if you have interest in birds. We didn't use so much of what we brought because so much was supplied for us. Very homey feel. Quite comfortable stay.」

「The cabin was beautiful and the cleanest place we have ever rented. Very well stocked, wonderful outdoor space. The host was very friendly, quickly responsive to any needs or questions. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to go back.」

「I was surprised at how beautiful the neighborhood was. I didn't know what I was expecting, but this place was amazing, from the very moment I pulled up to the curb. The apartment is well-appointed and beautiful, with just enough space for a couple to be comfortable. Within walking distance is a fantastic restaurant called the Wheat Penny. I highly recommend it.」
