「Ther service is good. We arrived very early around 8am and the staffs managed to let us do early check in after doing a quick cleaning when a few persons just check out. I really appreciate that. The hotel is under major renovation right now and I happened to be to stay in the new room.
Gas station and grocery store are next door. And there're a Mexican restaurant and Chinese one 200 feet away. 」
「The airport shuttle service at this hotel is extremely inconvenient. They only run the shuttle once every hour, which is not practical at all for travelers. To make matters worse, they only have one shuttle, and it is dedicated to Southwest Airlines first. We ended up waiting over 45 minutes at the airport for a ride, even though the hotel is just an 8-minute drive away. This is simply absurd. If you need to rely on the shuttle, I would not recommend booking this hotel.」
「Reading the poor reviews of this hotel makes it sound worse then it really is. It's a nice simple stay at a smaller hotel when needed. The housekeeper really cleaned the room/bathroom every time, we got fresh towels each day, the A/C worked well, and the owner was kind. Yeah, it's rinky dinky cute hotel, but don't knock it before you try a stay. We ended up getting another night and they were accommodating to help us. If needed, we would stay again.」
