Beautiful country setting with pond on acreage. Come stay and enjoy being close to kayaking, hiking, driving the parkway, wineries, etc. Non-Smoking and well behaved and house trained pets welcome. Everything was great. The house, location, porch, lake, chairs at the lake, picnic area, internet, parking, driveway, proximity to Galax, stores, restaurants and cute downtown. Highly recommend.

Just love this place and the host Cathy & Craig it’s our 2nd time at the house and we already booked our return trip in January . Our fur babies love walking around the pond . If you are looming g in this area don’t look any further . Rent this place you will not be disappointed. Thank you for another great stay .

The home was very clean and had everything we could ask for. There was a large field with a pond and a fire pit. We had our 2 dogs who loved running in the field. We saw a lot of deer every day. It was very quiet and relaxing, but close enough to stores and restaurants. The owners were very nice and were close by if we had needed anything. Very comfortable bed and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. A most relaxing home that we will hopefully be able to visit again.

The pond was down the hill - full of Bass fish we caught 10-15 within an hour of casting - comfortable bed - private - beautiful scenery - deer almost at the front door - easy TV controls- 8 minutes from town- restaurants etc... we plan on coming back again next year and staying longer - we loved it, Great Anniversary trip !!! Thank you to the owners for a perfect weekend

Beautiful property&home
We found this place after our normal stop in fancy gap Virgina was already booked and very glad it was booked cause this house was great very clean . Very roomy the bed was excellent the host was very nice and they left milk and cream for our coffee that they provided. All I can say is this house moved to the top of my list on all my travels back and forth to New York and Florida. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us .
