Custom, pre-statehood house with modern amenities. This house is across the street from Carlsmith Beach Park and is an ideal stay for a small wedding, family reunion, group trip, or anything at all! This house can comfortably fit up to 14 people (plus two roll away beds) and has enough common areas that nobody will feel cramped at all. This recently renovated property includes modern amenities such as high-speed internet, air conditioning, and high-definition television with Netflix.
