"This is my second visit to this location due to being displaced from my home because of a fire. My first stay was for 3 months and this stay is for 19 days. I initially selected this location because it was pet friendly and near my home while it was under construction. In both instances, I have found the staff from front desk to maintenance to be pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. I particularly like how clean the hotel is kept in it's common areas and even the exterior. Having a cooktop in addition to a microwave is especially convenient for a long-term stay. All rooms havea standard size fridge and a nice size freezer. In general, the location is quiet, even though it is situated next to a highway. The rooms are large and the facilities are in excellent working order. I'd like to give a special shout out to Jeremy the hotel manager who has been an especially helpful. This hotel is a stand out for me and I highly recommend it. "

"Didn’t stay"

"Stayed here after a USC football game. House is older, run-down and wasn’t well-maintained. Found several dead bugs in the kitchen and house. Our socks were black after walking around. No ice or filtered water in fridge. Back deck didn’t feel safe to be on. Located in a run-down area. Host was very communicative and it was an easy check in. Good setup for large group. "

"The host were great and the house was awesome. The house was very close to the base. This also helped to make the experience better. It had plenty of room and everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay."
