Great House
Overall, the house was great. It was clean, larger than we thought from the pictures, very nice linens and furniture and comfortable beds. The kitchen was adequate. We like to cook and while there were containers for leftovers, many of the lids were missing. We had trouble with the striker on the gas stove. It continued to strike even after the buner was lit or multiple burners tried to strike but wouldn't light. We called Beach Properties about 2 PM. They sent a repair person out the next afternoon and he said the burner covers were on the wrong burners. He moved them around and all seemed fine but the next day the stove was doing the same thing. We just used the brand new grill with a side burner. There were beach chairs and pool floats in the garage. The $200 beach credit was a little tricky. My advice, place the order as soon as you get there. The rentals seem to be by the week, not by the day and we waited until the next day to get the items delivered. Access/parking to the beach was easy if you arrived by 10:30. After that the parking lot was full. The beach itself was very nice. There were a lot of people there but it was never crowded. In the end, I would stay in the house again.
