The living room with a large TV has plenty of seating for the whole family, and a wall of windows overlooks the pool area. Brand new wood plank flooring throughout. Adjacent to the living area is the formal dining room with seating for 10, which is open to the impressive gourmet kitchen with marble countertops, a double wall oven, a bar sink, and a large island with seating for three in addition to a breakfast nook with seating for 6, sliders lead out to the pool. A king master suite with an adjoining full bathroom with walk-in shower complete this floor.

A few steps down is a media room with a sleeper sofa and a TV. This level also offers two bedrooms: a king bedroom with a private bath and a queen bedroom with a private bath that has a walk-in shower. A few more steps lead to another living space and sleeper sofa. This is a perfect spot for the kids to escape! Also located on this level is a cozy loft space and the magnificent master suite with a beautiful en-suite bath with a large tub and walk-in shower.

*The St. George Pedestrian Bridge connecting St. George Street to Ocean Lane will be temporarily closed for restoration and repair work. Closure Dates: February 9 through March 16 During this time, the bridge will be closed to pedestrians. For those who regularly use this bridge to access the Omni Beach Access Path, the nearest alternative beach access is located at the Disney Beach Club, just beyond the Ocean Lane Bridge. The Dunes Buggy is also available to assist residents and guests with transportation.
