Wonderful beach home

Great house in a quiet neighborhood close to beach. Private pool and large kids room was a plus for our large family. Beach wagon, chairs and toys were provided and this saved us lots of packing space.

The house was terrific. IT wasn’t beach season so the heated pool was a fantastic feature for my family.The pool raised to the main floor was tremendous .I would suggest adding an ice machine.

Great House

This house was exactly as described!! Beautifully decorated, perfect size for a large group and very well laid out. We were a party of 16 adults and we were all able to hang out together comfortably. We had a few questions before our stay and everything was answered and addressed promptly. Would definitely recommend this house!!

71st birthday party

We had an amazing time. The location to the beach can’t be beat. The pool right off the living room was so convenient for the little kids. It made it so much easier to keep an eye on everyone and to come and go from the pool. The kids LOVED the bunk beds and bean bag chairs. The house was so spacious that everyone had plenty of room and privacy. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Stay on HHI

We had a group of 13 and were very comfortable in this home. its a 10 min walk to the beach. We used the small but comfortable pool very frequently during the hot afternoons. The back of the house has almost complete shade most of the day which made spending time there much more comfortable. The hot tub was great too! All in all we really enjoyed this home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Great house and location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The layout was great - we loved having the pool and patio off of the living room. It felt like an extension of the living space. And being on the second floor made it feel like the pool was nestled in the trees and provided a lot of privacy. The elevators worked perfectly and allowed those with mobility issues to move easily throughout the house. We loved that the house had a beach wagon and a variety of equipment to enjoy at the beach which was a very quick, easy walk from the house. The house was impeccably cleaned and very well maintained. The only reason I rated 4 stars for accuracy is that all of us were surprised because we expected the pool to be larger. The property manager was very responsive to our questions in advance and on-site. Everyone in the group said they would come back to this beautiful property!

Wonderful Family Home

The location was nice. Short walk to the beach. The home was exactly as advertised. Open floor plan and spacious bedrooms. Laundry room on second floor was nice. We all loved the elevated pool! It is small, but right off the living room so it was very convenient - the kids (ages 4-14) used it all the time. The deck is very nice with a sitting area, table and chairs, and lounging chairs. And the elevator made carrying luggage and groceries from the ground level so easy! We had a small problem in one of the master bedrooms where we could not reset the outlets in the bathroom. But we contacted maintenance through the wall computer and they answered immediately- and I mean immediately! The customer service was amazing from the day we booked to the day we checked out. I would definitely recommend this house.

Fabulous Home!

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head and this home was perfect! There were no surprises. It is as clean and beautiful as in the pictures! It’s very spacious with a great layout. We really loved the fact that the pool is on the main level, not the ground/basement level. Made being together and running for drinks, snacks, etc much easier. Also loved that the pool is only partially covered. We had a few rainy days and a few sunny days and the pool was perfect for both. We stayed in late March and the pool was definitely warm enough for adults and kids to enjoy anytime. The lot of the home is also great! With no one behind you and an empty lot next door, it felt somewhat secluded. The route to the beach is also as described, about a 10 minute walk on a paved path. The beach is literally right down the road! We rented a 6 person golf cart and used it often to get us to the beach in about 3 minutes. This home uses a virtual concierge to message/connect with management for any reason. We did have to contact management for a few minor things, mostly questions and they responded extremely quickly and were helpful. We give this home a 10/10 and would highly recommend!

Within walking distance of Folley Beach.. the house has a gorgeous deck with a pool! The house is spacious and beautiful and the property manager Candace was wonderful and incredibly responsive any time we needed her!

Love this beach house!

This beach house is so beautiful and clean and perfect for a family wanting to enjoy Hilton head! It was so perfectly set up for babies and toddlers with the baby crib room and had everything you need to travel with toddlers and a baby. The pool and hot tub were amazing! The house was so clean and beautiful and in a beautiful neighborhood location. Short walk and bike ride to the beach. We loved it and will be back!

This place was beautiful-beautifully appointed, comfortable, and so close to the beach and other activities! The elevator was a necessity-a plus! One of our family members uses a mobility scooter, so getting around was so easy! All of us said we'd return and we're already planning for the next trip!

Amazing stay at HHI, SC

Our group of 6 adults and 5 children had a great experience at the property ! We could not have asked for more (other than better beach weather) but no one could control that! The heated pool was such an added pleasure.

Clean, spacious house

The house was very spacious and extremely clean. We loved that the pool was off of the family room. The master bedrooms and bathrooms were large. The kids area was upstairs and away from the adults. Would definitely stay there again. *Always lock your car doors! The unlocked cars had things stolen out.*
