Ocean Dunes 420 was a great condo for my husband and I for our 35th wedding anniversary vacation. Not super fancy, but had pretty much everything we needed. The view was spectacular, and our most favorite thing about this condo! Overlooking the beautiful grounds with pool and ocean in view! The least favorite thing was the indoor furniture. I get why owners don’t want really good furniture in their rentals, but with us being 60yrs old, we want to be comfortable sitting in the condo and watching TV in the evenings...esp with the time change and it getting darker earlier. The couch is a sleeper sofa and most sleeper sofas are not very comfortable to sit on. Almost all condos have them, tho! The other 2 chairs are wicker and also not very comfortable! Recliners would be soooo much better! It said bed new in 2022, but it is like a memory foam mattress and we sank down in which made it a work out to turn over! We are used to sleep number bed, so this was hard to get used to lolThe balcony furniture was lovely!! We spent a lot of time out there during day hours. The condo was clean except for in corners and behind things. I pulled out the bedside table to plug in my phone and lots of dust and hair behind there! We did figure out to operate the living room TV, but never could figure out how to watch live TV on the bedroom TV. That was somewhat frustrating. We could watch apps, but that’s it. Overall, we loved the condo and location! We brought our own bikes and spent most days rising the trails and rising on the beach!
