Nestled between Marriott’s Grand Ocean Resort and Hilton’s Ocean Oak Resort, it's the ideal location for reconnecting with family and friends staying nearby.

    Villa Highlights:

    Renovated Elegance: Enjoy a fresh, open floor plan with stylish new furnishings and artwork. The full kitchen features granite countertops, and the villa is newly painted throughout.
    Comfortable Accommodations: Sleeps four comfortably with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
    Premium Bedding: Relax in a queen bed with a top-of-the-line mattress and added comfort with a down-alternative topper, comforter, and pillows.
    Entertainment & Connectivity: Two flat-screen TVs (42” in the living room, 32” in the bedroom), digital TV with HD channels, Bose Wave III stereo with smartphone connectivity, and complimentary streaming services including Netflix and Amazon Movies.

    The heated oceanfront pool is available year-round, with a comfortable temperature of 82 degrees. Pool hours are from 9 AM to sunset daily.

    Ocean Dunes offers complimentary wireless internet, and its prime location on South Forest Beach Drive puts you just 70 yards from the beach and a short distance from Coligny Plaza and Coligny Beach Park.

    This property has coin operated laundry on the property, not in the villa.

    Dine at the Oceanside Bar & Grill adjacent to Ocean Dunes. Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

The condo had everything we needed. Great location, very clean, nice view. Comfortable bed. Wish the pool had a little more shade but that's the only downside! Highly recommend.

Great get away.

This was perfect for us, two adults and a teenage daughter. The location was close but not too close to Coligny Beach access, shopping and dining. We prefer less activity than the husltle and bustle. We loved the view of the ocean and dunes from our condo. I would definitely use this propert again.

The condo was very small and the view was not as I had expected, but we enjoyed our time at HHI nonetheless. The outdoor furniture was worn and the living room ac (wall unit) blows out onto the balcony so it wasn’t a good place to relax. We appreciated the two beach chairs and used them daily. I also didn’t realize that the unit didn’t have a washer and dryer (only a pay unit on site)... had I realized that, I probably would have chosen a different location. My best description would be adequate. We had a decent place to stay, but it was tight for two people.

Supplies limited in unit Only 1 bathroom bath towel per person provided. 1 garbage bag. We stayed a week. housekeeping never responded to calls so had to purchase. Unit was small like people said but there were just 2 of us I wouldn’t recommend anyone other than 2 very small children staying with 2 adults. Bed was soft but you would roll to middle & bathtub while taking shower didn’t drain properly but didn’t impact our stay. Everything else was great.

It is very small, but size is as advertised. It is a very convenient location and has a beautiful view. The only negative I can provide is on the size. Only 2 people can comfortably stay there. We had a 9 year old child that used the sofa bed, but there was no room to walk in the living room when the bed was out. Not ideal for more than can stay in the bedroom.
