Bluewater - 3BR/3BA - Stunning Views of Intercoastal Waterway in HHI!

This resort has something for everyone, from water and nature lovers to golfers and loungers. This is also a great resort to enjoy the beauty of HHI without the crowds common to other areas of the island.

THE SPACE

These 3BR Key West style villas are very large at just over 1,900sq ft and come complete with fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops and sit up bars, spacious dining and living areas with entertainment centers and balcony walkouts and bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (some bedrooms have private balcony walkouts). You will also have a Washer / Dryer in your unit.

The Master Bedroom has a King size bed with ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom also has a King size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 Full size beds. There is a Queen size Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room. Your private balcony is a great place to relax drinking your coffee in the morning or enjoying a beverage of choice in the evening.

At the end of each day, gather the family together to enjoy your favorite movie or whip up a quick snack in your fully-equipped Kitchen, which includes Stove, Oven, Microwave, full sized Refrigerator, and Dishwasher, along with a dining table to fit eight, along with an eat at breakfast bar with stools.

Bluewater also has 2 outdoor pools, one being the largest pool on the island with a Lazy River and children's Splash Pad. Spinnaker Bluewater Resort and Marina includes an activity center with an indoor pool and a sauna. There is also a fitness center, fishing dock, barbecue facilities and access to golf facilities. Recently miniature golf putting greens have been installed.

Bluewater's private dock provides an experience that no other Hilton Head timeshare resort offers. Bluewater Resort & Marina is the only timeshare resort on Hilton Head Island with a private dock on the Intracoastal Waterway. From here you can fish, kayak, and take in sunset views with Pinckney Island Wildlife Nature Reserve just across the water.

Two extremely popular restaurants on Hilton Head Island, HUDSON'S Seafood House Restaurant and the Skull Creek BOATHOUSE are practically right next door.

Please note that this listing includes multiple weeks available. The photos reflect the interiors of several different units you might be assigned, depending on which specific week you book. However, these units all have the same basic floorplan (with slight differences), and the general decor and layout is reflected in the photos. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

GUEST ACCESS

This is a vacation Resort Hotel property. Guests will have their own private unit, but resort amenities (Pools, Hot Tubs, Gym, Amenities, Outdoor areas, etc.) will be shared with other guests.

- Check-in time is 4 p.m. (or after). The Front Desk at Bluewater Resort will provide your room keys and be available to assist with any issues or questions during your stay.

- Primary Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this minimum age requirement for the primary Guest who will be checking in. Your security deposit will be returned to you after Check Out if you have not made any charges to your room.

- Bluewater Resort and Marina is professionally managed and operated by Spinnaker Resorts. The Front Desk is staffed for Check-In, Check-Out, and is available for any questions, issues, or need for assistance.

- Please note that once you Check In and get access to your unit, if you encounter any issues or concerns regarding Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc.…please contact the Front Desk / Office IMMEDIATELY. The staff members on-site provide the best opportunity to get any concerns resolved in the fastest and most efficient manner.

- Please note that some of the photos may not be from the specific unit you will be assigned. However, they do reflect the general layout you can expect from various locations in the unit.

- Two FREE parking passes are included with this unit. If you need a parking pass for an additional vehicle you can arrange this directly with the Front Desk for an additional fee.

- Bedding linens, blankets, pillows are provided, as are bath towels. If you need additional items or want fresh bedding linens or towels during your stay, please contact the Front Desk. Although bedding linens, blankets, and pillows are provided, you may want to bring some of your own if you have a favorite pillow or blanket.

- If you plan on using the Sleeper sofa during your stay, I do personally recommend (if possible) bringing sheets, blankets, pillows, maybe even a mattress pad for the Sleeper sofa specifically, which can be turned into a very comfortable extra bed.

- There is no daily housekeeping provided. However, there is a Washer / Dryer conveniently located inside your unit for your personal use. If additional housekeeping is desired during your stay, it is available for an additional fee scheduled directly with the resort Front Desk.

- Utensils, Dishes, and some basic Pots and Pans are provided. If something appears to be missing, you can contact the Front Desk and possibly get it dropped off (if they have it). However, if you plan on cooking a lot of meals inside your unit, or plan any special dishes, I do recommend bringing your favorite Large Frying pan (or Large Sauté Pan, Wok, Crockpot, etc., etc.) for cooking. This way you will have something you are comfortable using and you will know exactly how things will cook in it. You may also want to bring your favorite Kitchen knife(s) for food prep.

- Pool towels are provided for free, and they can be exchanged for fresh ones on an unlimited basis. However, if you or your family owns and likes larger Beach Towels, I recommend bringing them.

- You will be responsible to bring your own Beach Chairs / Umbrellas / Beach Towels / Equipment you want at the beach. If you don’t bring your own Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Equipment, etc you can rent the equipment on HHI.

- You will see wildlife native to South Carolina, including occasional glimpses of alligators that may be lounging in the lagoon areas. So please DO NOT attempt to swim in the lagoons.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

This boot-shaped sea island is truly a paradise nestled along the South Carolina coast. From beautiful 12 miles of beautiful beaches and world-class golf courses, from exceptional restaurants to high-energy water sports, Hilton Head is one of America’s favorite islands because it truly has something for everyone.

Whether you’re here for an extended family vacation or a quick romantic getaway, there are all kinds of events and activities to check out. Spend the day at the beach or explore the island on a nature tour. Visit a museum or an animal farm with a petting zoo and pony rides. Enjoy the laughter at kid’s activities. Dolphin watch or go fishing, kayaking, biking, sailing, or simply lounge around a pool. The options are limitless.
A day trip to Savannah or Beaufort, both a 45-minute drive from Hilton Head, can make a perfect daytrip from HHI.

GETTING AROUND

The best way to get around Hilton Head is by car and bike. Hilton Head is small (only 42 square miles), so you don't need to travel too far to get from one part of the island to the other (it takes about a half-hour by car). And with more than 60 miles of bike-friendly trails that weave through the island, you may find that you won't need your car all that much to begin with. Keep in mind that there is little to no public transportation on the island of Hilton Head. If you're staying at a resort, it will likely offer an area shuttle, otherwise, there's the seasonal Breeze trolley service.

If you're visiting between March and October, you can rely on The Breeze – the island's trolley service. The trolley travels to some of Hilton Head's most visited areas, including Coligny Beach Park and Shelter Cove Harbor. The Breeze is a modest $1 per ride and runs from 1 to 10 p.m. every day except Friday and Saturday, when it operates until midnight. You pay with cash upon boarding or you can prepay with the BreezePass app; cards aren't accepted and drivers don't have change. Trolleys arrive at stops every 30 minutes.

Hilton Head Island Airport (HHH) is the main airport that services Hilton Head. While this is the closest airport to Hilton Head's resorts, it offers a limited flight schedule. Many travelers fly into Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV), which sits about 45 miles south of Hilton Head. From there, travelers usually opt to rent a car, hire a taxi or take a ride-hailing service, such as a Lyft or Uber, to get to the island.
