「Really clean and comfortable 」

「Oceanfront first floor room could see only the horizon of the ocean. I do not feel this should be priced as an ocean front, though of course there is no resort view from 1003 and that is good. First floor rooms should be priced lower due to not having a full view of the ocean due to dunes. The staff were friendly and the dining and bars were tasty. 「The reason I gave low stars is because it’s so far out from everything which is fine but I went during winter months and everything at there resort was closed. No bar, no restaurant, why? Just because it’s winter doesn’t mean people stop eating and drinking. I went for work and only stayed 2 nights and it wasn’t a big deal but as I said it’s not exactly convenient to restaurants n such so I ended up ordering takeout. It was a very nice condo though. Perhaps it would be great in the summer 」

「We enjoyed our stay. We loved the ocean theme at the apartment. Very clean rooms. Kids enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool, parents enjoyed hot tub and sauna especially on rainy days. They have indoor and outdoor pools. We liked walking on the boardwalk to the beach. We highly recommend this place and would love to return there again. 」

「It's a great location and price is reasonable. The property is currently being renovated under new ownership after years of neglect apparently. It's quiet (on a Thursday night) and comfortable with a little harbor within walking distance with shops, restaurants, etc. I'd do it again.」

「The best part was the ocean out on the deck!! Ocean views in a few locations. Underground parking was nice. A few things to know, the coffee pot uses coffee grounds, as far as seasonings, you have salt and pepper. They also have a hairdryer in each bathroom. These are things that are not in the description of the property. The condo is tastefully decorated, has all the comforts of home. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Would stay here again.」
