Lyons 12 was a beautiful beach house. The walk to the beach is a doable walk and public restrooms were on the beach entrance. The kitchen was well stocked even though we enjoy ordering from local eateries. My family had plenty of room and we really enjoyed sitting on the porch for our morning coffee and evening conversations. It was also a very quiet area even with the pools nearby. I would recommend Lyons 12 and will remember it for our next trip to Hilton Head.

HHI Vacation

Had a great time in Hilton Head. The townhome was spacious enough for the 11 of us and the beach was easily accessible via a short 5 minute walk. It was nice having the pool so close on those days we didn’t feel like going to the beach. Great location to restaurants as well. We would rent here again!

Great location and relaxing environment

We were happy with the close proximity to the beach, close to the free trolly stop, and close to the Westin if you wanted a bar and restaurant within walking distance. The home was a lot more spacious than we initially thought through the online pictures. The pool was very nice as well.

Excellent property and location!

The home was spacious and so close to a beach park with beach access. The pool was a plus! Ken, the property manager, reached out to us two days into our stay to make sure everything was going well. There is so much to do close by- movie theaters, shopping, and restaurants! But we spent most of our time at the beach and pool! I highly recommend this property!

Great location

Our family rents more than one property at the lions in Port Royal. This is the second year we’ve rented this unit and highly recommend it to anyone else. It is so near the beach and also a nice children’s playground. The owner is responsive to any needs. You may have and even offers tips for things to do while at HH.

Quiet Getaway

This property offered everything we were looking for…a great location near the beach and central to shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and the amenities at the complex were well kept. Our host was very responsive to replacing a broken television. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our winter getaway.
